Glory League Integration
Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 14, 2026

These Terms explain how Preciser Inc. ("Preciser", "we" or "us") processes videos requested through Glory League ("GL"), how credits are purchased and used, and when credits may be returned. Please read them before confirming a request or buying credits.

1. Service and Agreement

By selecting a confirmation or purchase button that links to these Terms and states that you agree to them, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a team or organisation, you must have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not proceed.Preciser processes submitted game videos to produce statistics and clips for access through GL. These Terms cover this integration. GL operates its own platform under its own terms. Buying credits does not include a separate subscription to the Preciser Data Management System.

2. Credits and Payment

One credit covers one video breakdown. Credits are recorded against the GL user account used for the purchase. Check that account and the selected video before proceeding. Credits cannot be resold or exchanged for cash except where required by law.The credit quantity, currency, total price and any applicable tax are shown in Stripe Checkout before payment. Each checkout is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. Supply an accurate billing email address for receipts and invoices. A payment is confirmed only after successful payment verification.

Credit purchases are final for change-of-mind purposes. Buying more credits than needed, choosing the wrong quantity, or deciding not to use remaining credits does not entitle you to a monetary refund. Your statutory rights under section 10 remain unaffected.

3. Submission and Automatic Processing

Confirming a request authorises Preciser to use an available credit and start processing. If more credits are needed, you can select a quantity and pay through Stripe. Successful payment automatically resumes the saved video request while its submission session is valid; no further confirmation is required.

The submission session is normally valid for up to 15 minutes and may end earlier if the GL link expires. If payment completes after that session expires, the purchased credits remain in your account, but the expired request is not automatically started. Reopen the video from GL to submit a new request using your balance.

Closing the browser, returning to GL or leaving Checkout does not cancel a payment already completed or a request already accepted. If your card is declined, you may retry in Checkout. Cancelling before successful payment does not purchase credits.

4. Processing Time and Results

The expected processing time is 2 to 6 hours after Preciser accepts the video and receives the information needed to process it. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion deadline. Video complexity, missing information, service interruptions or additional checks may cause delays. We will perform the service with reasonable care and within a reasonable time.

The acceptance message confirms that your request has entered processing; it does not mean the results are ready. Return to GL to view results once available. GL retrieves and displays the results, so a GL display or retrieval delay can occur after Preciser finishes processing. Contact support if the expected time has passed.

5. Cancellation After Processing Starts

Processing starts when Preciser accepts the video and required game information into its processing queue, including preparation and review. Once this happens, voluntary cancellation does not restore the credit used. A completed breakdown cannot be cancelled for a credit return, including where you no longer need it or selected the wrong video.

A cancellation request may not stop work already underway. If a request is cancelled before processing starts, any unused credit reservation will be released. Cancelling a video is separate from cancelling an unpaid Checkout session. This section does not remove a remedy for a qualifying Preciser failure or a statutory right under section 10.

6. Credit Returns for Preciser System Failures

If a verified technical failure caused by Preciser's system prevents us from completing the requested breakdown, we will restore the credit used for that video to the same GL account. Examples include our system corrupting an otherwise usable source video, losing a valid submission, or failing to produce the requested results because of a processing or website fault.

This policy restores the credit used for the affected video, not the full bundle purchased. It does not ordinarily provide a monetary refund. Credit restoration may require investigation and manual support action; an error message alone does not confirm eligibility. We will not restore the same credit twice if it has already been released or returned.

Where a temporary fault can be corrected, we may retry the same breakdown without charging another credit. If the fault prevents completion, the affected credit will be restored. We will not retain the credit indefinitely for an unresolved failure. This policy is additional to the statutory remedies in section 10.

7. Problems Outside the Credit Return Policy

The policy in section 6 does not cover problems caused by the source video or information supplied by you or GL, such as a damaged or incomplete recording, insufficient image quality, unsupported content, incorrect game details, an inaccessible or expired source link, or removal of access during processing. If discovered after processing starts, these problems do not qualify for a credit return under that policy.

A change of mind, disagreement with otherwise properly produced results, or an interruption caused solely by your connection or GL's platform does not itself qualify. A minor interface issue or delay does not automatically justify a credit return if the requested service is completed. These exclusions do not excuse a Preciser fault or restrict your statutory rights.

8. Video Suitability and Use of Results

Provide a complete, accessible video and accurate game information. Obtain the rights and permissions needed for Preciser and GL to process and display the content, including permissions concerning participants and minors. Keep the source accessible during import and retain your own copy.

You retain your rights in the source content and authorise Preciser and its service providers to host, copy and process it to supply this service and deliver results to GL. Preciser retains its rights in its software and processing technology.

Analysis can contain inaccuracies or omit events, especially with unclear footage or obscured players. We do not promise perfect accuracy. Review results before relying on them for coaching or other decisions. Report material errors for investigation; service failures remain subject to sections 6 and 10.

9. Billing Issues Support and Privacy

Contact support@preciser.io with your GL account and video references, the issue, and any relevant invoice number. Do not send passwords or full card details. We will investigate payment, credit and processing issues and explain the outcome within a reasonable time.

Repeated confirmation of one payment does not buy extra credits, but completing separate Checkout sessions may create separate purchases. Report suspected duplicate or incorrect charges so we can correct billing errors. Your payment dispute and legal rights remain unaffected.

Preciser receives GL account, video and game information and returns results to GL. Stripe handles payments; our service providers may process data needed for delivery. Our Privacy Policy explains personal data handling, retention and your rights.

Preciser Privacy Policy
Preciser does not email GL users to create accounts or view these results in Preciser. Billing receipts, invoices and necessary service or support communications may still be sent to the contact details provided.

10. Consumer Rights and Responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. This includes applicable rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Australian Consumer Law where those laws apply. You may be entitled to correction, a monetary refund, cancellation or compensation even where our voluntary credit policy would not apply.

Where the law entitles you to a monetary refund or another remedy, we will not require you to accept account credit instead. Any statement about final purchases, cancellation, accuracy, delays or credit returns is subject to this section. Preciser remains responsible for its own service and for obligations the law places on it, including where it uses service providers.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future purchases and requests, showing the revised version date and providing notice where required. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to purchases or requests already made. No new expiry or forfeiture condition will be imposed retrospectively on purchased credits through an update to these Terms.
